Jamie is responsible for discovering new business and investment opportunities and setting the strategic direction of the company.

Jamie has been in the renewable energy business since 2009. He has worked for Elemental performing a variety of roles since 2010 and worked at Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital before that. His first career was in the film business, where he was President and Co-Founder of The Collective Films, an award winning documentary and commercial film production company.

Jamie has a MBA from the University of British Columbia and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Dan is responsible for the strategy and execution of Elemental’s wind and solar development portfolio.

Dan has over a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry, including eight years in technical, managerial, and leadership roles with two of the world’s leading renewable energy consultancies. He has experience working on over 12GW of wind and solar projects, from greenfield development through to operations.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional engineer. He also has an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Ryan oversees all of Elemental’s engineering and construction activities and supports project financing as well as evaluation of new investment opportunities. Ryan also leads Elemental’s energy storage initiatives.  Ryan is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in renewable energy development including: design, optimization, permitting, procurement, tendering, contract negotiations, and construction management.

Before joining Elemental, Ryan worked at several independent power producers and prior to that at a renewable energy engineer firm.

Ryan holds a B.A. Sc., Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Troy is responsible for supporting the analysis and evaluation of potential business and investment opportunities.

He has worked since 2015 in business development, finance, valuations and natural resources which includes financial modelling, business valuation and forecasting.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC’s Sauder School of Business with a minor in Economics. He has been awarded the CFA and CPA designations.

Kari is responsible for managing the accounting, tax, administration and corporate compliance for Elemental and its subsidiaries.

She has over 5 years of experience in accounting and has worked as a Business Analyst for the Engineering department of the Department of National Defense and spent 3 years with Scotiabank.

Kari is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria’s Peter B. Gustavson School of Business.

He has worked abroad teaching English in Taiwan and has created and run several e-commerce businesses.

Matthew is a CPA student and holds an Honours Specialization in Accounting from the University of Western Ontario.

Andrew supports the Accounting Manager in accounting, tax, administration, and corporate compliance for Elemental and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Elemental, Andrew assisted with a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks in his previous role, sparking his interest in pursuing the CPA designation.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of British Columbia and is currently a CPA PREP student.

Jake leads the management and oversight of our portfolio of operating projects.

Jake has two decades of experience in industrial electrical construction and operations, including a role as construction coordinator for Elemental’s 17 MW Brooks Solar Project. Before joining Elemental, he held Electrical Construction Coordinator roles for two major resource companies in Alberta in which he acted on behalf of the owner and was responsible for project design review, construction oversight, and commissioning.

Jake is a Red Seal Electrical Journeyman from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and has his Masters in Electrical from Medicine Hat College.

Tom is responsible for managing Elemental’s portfolio of operational projects, ensuring the projects perform inline with the financial models as well as looking at ways to optimize project performance to maximize return on investment.

He has experience in the UK managing a solar portfolio of over 780MW for a large sustainable infrastructure investment group. He was also responsible for managing all project contracts and completing multiple key contract negotiations.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Geography from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom.

Justeen is a Project Manager responsible for the planning, construction, and execution of Elemental’s solar projects in Western Canada. She has 5 years of solar project management experience and 10 years in the construction industry as a commercial electrician.

She previously worked as a Project Manager on Elemental’s recent project in Saskatchewan, the Awasis Solar Project in partnership with Cowessess First Nation.

Justeen is a Red and Blue Seal Journeyman Electrician from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge.

Tilda Hadley is a Project Manager at Elemental Energy, leading the development of wind, solar, and storage projects on both coasts of Canada. With experience in permitting, stakeholder engagement, and technical coordination, she supports projects from early-stage planning through to construction readiness.

Before joining Elemental, Tilda worked in renewable energy consulting and clean energy research, contributing to hydrogen and utility-scale project development across Canada.

Tilda holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University and is an Engineer in Training with ENS.

As Development Manager, Andrew leads development efforts across Elemental’s Canadian portfolio, guiding projects from early-stage site identification through permitting, stakeholder engagement, and construction readiness.

With over five years in the power sector, Andrew has contributed to renewable energy projects from initial concept through to commissioning. His work spans solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage, giving him a broad perspective on the technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of project development.

Andrew is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
